Facilitation & Organizational Wellness

This is the space where organizational development meets personal growth, we can’t have one without the other. Creating change isn’t linear - it takes shared values, relationships that allow for trust and honesty, and commitment to not just where you’re going but how you’re getting there. Together we will practice both different ways of being and doing that move us toward a vision of shared dignity & belonging.

From facilitated gatherings and leadership coaching, to visioning and strategic planning, working together is an agreement to invest in your organization differently - new visions can’t be built with the same old tools. We will create a cycle of change that includes getting clear on your values, identifying strategic goals & commitments, and regularly reflecting on the alignment of the two.

Gatherings

From everyday team meetings to multi-day retreats, we can transform how and why you meet. The time you spend together at work should be purposeful and productive. We’ll use embodied and interpersonal practices that ensure all voices are heard and that every person feels respected. You can have gatherings that are accessible, meaningful, and restorative.

Leadership Coaching

Coaching for leadership or project teams can clarify values, find a shared purpose, and build trust. Like the 1:1 coaching, we will take an embodied approach to building strong intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships. Your teams deserve to feel human, and feel supported.

Culture Change

The demands of capitalism lead to burnout and disconnection, but I believe we can make structural and interpersonal changes that reject the status quo while remaining profitable. Definitely not the traditional approach to org culture, we practice ways of being together that build new visions. We have to first imagine something is possible to make it so.

Hard Conversations & Conflict Transformation

Fear often holds us back from having necessary conversations, from being honest about our needs, to confronting ongoing conflict that stalls repair and prohibits progress. Through dialogue and exploring shared values, relationships are transformed, bringing more trust and connection. Conflict can be generative when it is met with humility and compassion.

Visioning, Strategic Planning, & Evaluation

Traditional work held differently. Let’s break the patterns in these practices that keep us stuck in the same problems year after year. Our work here is not linear. We will create a cycle of change that includes checking in with our values, identifying strategic goals, and regularly evaluating and reflecting on the alignment of the two. Shared values and a desire to disrupt the status quo is the foundation here.
